Description:
Estimation scheduling, cost control and risk analysis of construction systems. Requirements of plans and specifications, calculation of cost by trade crewing and histogram development. Topics include development of WBS, cost estimate and resource-loaded project schedules, risk analysis, baseline/target schedule comparisons, change order preparation, use of decision-support systems and three-dimensional computer models. The course is based on a real ongoing construction project.
